1. We will come to your home measure the area(s) you are wanting flooring (As a new customer you will get a start off limiit of £450).
2. We will show you the samples and tell you the price, if you happy with the carpet/vinyl and the price we will take a £40 deposit which comes off the balance of the carpet.
As an example, if the carpet/vinyl was £200 you pay £40 deposit taking your balance down to £160 which you pay back at £10 a week for 16 weeks, you are contracted to the amount of money not the weeks so you can pay off earlier if you prefer.
3. Once you’ve ordered your carpet/vinyl we aim to fit them within 7-10 days from the day of your order, when our fitters come to fit we request the rooms are emptied and old flooring removed, the fitter will fit the carpet/vinyl using free underlay, free grippers and free door trims.
The cost of fitting is separate to the carpet and is paid to the fitter directly after your carpet/vinyl has been fitted and is £40 for a standard room, £20 for a secondary room, £50 for a hall stairs and landing.
Once you’ve been a customer 8 weeks you can add additional flooring to your account.

When ordering from us you’ll be able to choose from our range of Deep Pile Belgium carpets that will then be installed on top of premium quality British made 10mm Tredaire underlay.
Our fully trained fitters will then install your chosen carpet using gripper rods and door trims in the traditional manner, so that the job is done right.

Absolutely chuffed with my new living room carpet hence the 5 stars. However was a bit disappointed when they originally came to fit it and the man had measured it wrong. However all the staff were lovely and friendly and got there in the end!
